This course is designed to provide law enforcement personnel with essential skills and knowledge for effectively using red dot sights on their firearms. Participants will receive hands-on training in the installation, adjustment, care / maintenance, and operation of red dot optics, emphasizing accuracy and rapid target acquisition. The course will also cover safety protocols, legal considerations regarding the use of deadly force, and situational decision-making through practical scenarios.

Critical Incident Leadership for Patrol Operations

This course prepares responding officers, regardless of rank, to lead during critical incidents. Participants learn to recognize incident dynamics, set priorities, and take timely action to de-escalate and intervene effectively. Leadership begins with the first responder on scene, shaping outcomes and guiding resolution when seconds count.

Participants will learn to:

• Recognize essential characteristics of a developing incident
• Identify factors that influence the event’s progression
• Establish clear priorities
• Take timely action to promote de-escalation and initiate effective intervention toward a successful resolution.

This 5-day (40-hour) combination semi-automatic pistol and AR platform rifle instructor certification course will prepare the new Instructor to think with a systematic, strategic, and diagnostic mindset allowing seamless integration to their new instructor assignment. Additionally, this course will provide participants with the information needed to properly evaluate and improve the basic operator’s technique with both weapon systems.

This 2-Day instructor level course will give students the knowledge and skills to deploy ballistic shields with great mobility, flexibility, and offensive accuracy without risk of malfunctions to the weapon system. As instructors, students will learn to adjust and deploy the shield in any environment, defeating threats without hesitation and with conviction. 

This 1-day course is designed to provide participants with the general knowledge and tactics to prepare students for threshold, dynamic, covert, and single operator room entry necessary for patrol-oriented building searching.  The course focuses mainly on time-proven techniques and tactics plus an overview of organizational structure and necessary protocols.  Basic Entry and Building Search is additionally complimented with information regarding small team assault planning, practical breach points and breaching, and follow-on arrest procedures.   

This hands-on, dynamic course is designed to aid the first responder in approaching and breaching a crisis site using traditional and non-traditional methods. The course covers the use of both manual and ballistic breaching tools to gain entry into a structure under extreme exigent circumstances that demand immediate entry to save and protect innocent lives.
