Booth placement for the Annual Training Conference will be finalized and assigned upon arrival.
30 Minute Vendor Breakout sessions on the day of the vendor show are available for $200. These sessions will be scheduled for specific times, advertised on the master schedule as well as throughout the vendor area, and announced to the attendees to assist in attendee presence. Registration for these sessions is available on the Vendor Registration Page.
If you shipped your exhibitor supplies to Soaring Eagle, the Soaring Eagle staff will bring your shipped materials to your booth space at the Entertainment and Exhibit Hall.

All vendor exhibition space and associated expenses must be paid before May 1, 2025.
Open invoices are hand delivered on the event day and MUST be paid before the exhibition space is set up.
