Exhibitor Schedule

Wednesday, May 28th

8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Exhibitor Setup  - Please check in at exhibitor registration before setting up your booth
2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Vendor Show (Soaring Eagle Entertainment and Exhibit Hall)
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM On-site Dinner Service
8:30 PM Exhibitors must have all vendor show items removed by this time.
8:00 PM to 10:00 PM Join us for complimentary drinks, live music, and product give-a-ways at the Ascend Sportsbook and Lounge

Conference Attendee Door Prizes

  • MTOA staff will visit your exhibition spaces and collect door prizes for the banquet dinner event drawing.
  • MTOA staff will collect a business card and document information about the door prize. (Value, etc.)
  • When the Vendor card is drawn and the ticket number is announced, the MTOA will describe the door prize to the crowd and thank the company that provided the door prize.

Booth Information

Booth placement for the Annual Training Conference will be finalized and assigned upon arrival.

Other Important Information

  • EXHIBITION BOOTH SALES - Sales are 100% permitted and encouraged at your booth (no firearms sales per ATF rules, sorry)
  • LUNCH for EXHIBITORS - Two (2) lunches are provided with each vendor company registration.
    Additional lunches can be purchased during the online registration process for $60 each or by contacting Steve Kramer at steven.kramer@mtoa.org

  • 6' table with a table skirt
  • Pipe & drape (sides only)
  • Two chairs

  • Two (2) lunches

Vendor Breakout Session $200

30 Minute Vendor Breakout sessions on the day of the vendor show are available for $200. These sessions will be scheduled for specific times, advertised on the master schedule as well as throughout the vendor area, and announced to the attendees to assist in attendee presence. Registration for these sessions is available on the Vendor Registration Page.

 

Shipping to Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort

If you shipped your exhibitor supplies to Soaring Eagle, the Soaring Eagle staff will bring your shipped materials to your booth space at the Entertainment and Exhibit Hall.

  • BOOTH NUMBER: Contact Steve Kramer at steven.kramer@mtoa.org for your booth number assignment.
  • Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort answers all inquiries: Contact Rob Court, Sr. Catering Mgr at rcourt@sagchip.org or by phone at (989) 775-5388.
  • CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION/PAYMENT: The Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort has offered this as a courtesy. Overly large shipments may have a small charge assessed.

Attendee Bag Stuffers

Send your conference attendee bag stuffers, and we will add them to the attendee bags - No Additional Charge!
Send an email to: steven.kramer@mtoa.org to coordinate the shipping of your bag stuffers.
NOTE: Bag stuffers MUST be received by MTOA shipping and receiving by May 15th.

MTOA Conference Exhibitor Payment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - Full Refund

Cancellations received BEFORE April 18, 2025, will receive a FULL REFUND. All cancellations must be in writing (email) and sent to Steve Kramer: steve.kramer@mtoa.org

No credits for paid booth spaces/sponsorships are carried over into the following year.

Cancellations - NO Refund

NO REFUNDS AFTER April 18, 2025

Cancellations received AFTER April 18, 2025,  are NOT eligible for a refund.

Payment

All vendor exhibition space and associated expenses must be paid before May 1, 2025.

Open invoices are hand delivered on the event day and MUST be paid before the exhibition space is set up.
