Close Quarters Tactical, LLC (CQT) was founded in 2003 with a goal of becoming the leading provider of tactical training, evaluation, and equipment.  Upon opening, CQT created its, now nationally recognized, programs for law enforcement and military sectors around the world and its reputation has made CQT an elite service and equipment provider. In 2010, CQT launched the Mid-West location, making it the most advanced privately-owned indoor training facility available.  Over the years, CQT’s work history has included training key members of the United States Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State and Department of Justice. In 2017, the reputation of CQT’s training services has allowed for an expansion into the southern region of the United States as a second training location, with extended capabilities for both national and international training.

CQT’s leadership spans the spectrum of knowledge and education from tactics, techniques and procedures to unit creation and evaluation utilized by Law Enforcement, Intelligence Agencies and Military. CQT brings agencies and departments the most advanced Tactical Operation training available today, utilizing and offering clients the most elite instructors in the industry with real world operational experience in tactical operations, as well as high level experience in weapons, operations, tactical medicine, intelligence and active entry.  CQT has conducted training for over 30,000 students in over 40 different advanced programs. The CQT instructor staff are considered Subject Matter Experts in multiple disciplines of tactics ranging from, defensive tactics, edged weapons, advanced marksmanship, CQB, all 4 types of breaching, long-distance shooting, and special operations medicine. In addition to advanced programs our instructors also act as SMEs for unit evaluations and development of mission profiles.
